Description
Each softgel capsule contains: Retinol acetate (Vitamin A) 5000 I.U.; Ergocalciferol (Vitamin D2) 400 I.U.; dl-α-Tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E) 100 I.U.; Thiamine nitrate (Vitamin B1) 2 mg; Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2 mg; Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 20 mg; Calcium pantothenate 30 mg; Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 2 mg; Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 6 mcg; Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 60 mg; Ferrous Fumarate 27.38 mg (equivalent to Iron 9 mg); Cupric sulfate 7.86 mg (equivalent to Copper 2 mg); Magnesium oxide 16.7 mg (equivalent to Magnesium 10 mg); Zinc oxide 5 mg (equivalent to Zinc 4 mg); Dibasic calcium phosphate 150 mg (equivalent to Calcium 44.2 mg and Phosphate 34.1 mg); Manganese sulfate 3 mg (equivalent to Manganese 980 mcg); Potassium sulfate 18 mg (equivalent to Potassium 8.3 mg); Korean ginseng 100 mg; Garlic Extract 10 mg.
Indications/Uses
For the prevention and treatment of vitamin and mineral deficiency states including fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, weak constitution, the period of growth senescence; enhances natural resistance and recuperative power of the body and to reduce fatigue; as a general tonic.
Dosage/Direction for Use
The usual dosage for children over age of 12 and adults is 1 softgel capsule daily.
Contraindications
Children below 12 years of age.
Combination therapy with aldosterone antagonist and triamterene may cause hyperkalemia.
Do not administer with the following drugs: Phosphate, calcium salt, oral tetracycline type drugs, antacid, and levodopa.
Do not administer before and after drinking teas containing tannins.
Warnings
In pregnancy, administration of Vit. A (Retinol) more than 8000 IU may cause congenital abnormality.
Special Precautions
Consult a physician if the patient thinks the drug is having too little effect in 1 month.
Do not take more than 2 capsules in a day (do not take more than 5000 IU of retinol a day as supplement).
Do not administer to the following patients: Infants under 1 year of age; Patients with hypersensitivity to any component of this product.
Consult a physician or administer with caution to patients undergoing medication.
Use In Pregnancy & Lactation
In pregnancy, administration of Vit. A (Retinol) more than 8000 IU may cause congenital abnormality.
Adverse Reactions
Cease the administration and consult a physician if any of the following symptoms occur: Vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain.
Long term administration may cause hypermenorrhea and emmeniopathy.
Caution For Usage
Precautions in keeping and handling: Store at cool places, protected from direct sunlight.
Do not transfer or store in another containers in order to maintain quality of the drug and avoid misuse.
Storage
Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light.
